My practice focuses on probate administration and estate and tax planning which includes drafting will, trusts, living wills, powers of attorney and marital property agreements.

To understand each of my clients and their unique circumstances; to effectively communicate the law affecting each client’s situation; to help each client create a plan that meets their needs as well as family and personal goals; and to simplify legal procedures after death.
